Copyright and takedown
If you own a video and want it blocked from this service, see the details we need below. We act on complete requests quickly.
Privacy requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us with the subject "Privacy request". Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
Security issues
If you have found a vulnerability, email us with the subject "Security" and the steps to reproduce it. Please do not test against other people's data or disrupt the service.
Feedback and business
Feature ideas, partnership proposals and general feedback are welcome. We read every message, even when we cannot reply to all of them.
TikTok account problems
We are not part of TikTok and cannot help with logins, bans, verification or removing content from TikTok. Please contact TikTok support for those.
Copyright requests
TikTokSavers does not host TikTok videos. Files are prepared on request and deleted 15 minutes later. We can, however, stop our service from processing specific videos or accounts. Send a request to [email protected] that includes:
- your name and how we can contact you;
- the work you own and the TikTok link or links concerned;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
To remove a video from TikTok itself, use TikTok's own reporting tools; only TikTok can take content down from its platform.
Before you write
A video will not download. What should I check?
Make sure the video is public and still available on TikTok, and copy the link again from the Share menu. Private, deleted and region-restricted videos cannot be processed.
Can you download private videos or stories?
No. We only work with content TikTok shows publicly, and we never sign in to TikTok on anyone's behalf.
Why does a tool say a result could not be verified?
TikTok sometimes limits or challenges automated requests. When that happens our tools say so rather than guess. Trying again after a minute usually works.
Do you have an app?
No app is needed. The website works in any modern browser, and you can add it to your phone's home screen from the browser menu.
