1. The service

TikTokSavers provides a free online tool to save public TikTok videos as video or audio files, and free tools that show public information about TikTok accounts. The service works only with content that TikTok makes publicly available and never signs in to TikTok on your behalf.

TikTokSavers is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance or Douyin. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only for content you have the right to save. In particular, you must not:

• download content that you do not own, do not have permission to save, or are not otherwise allowed to use under applicable law;
• redistribute, re-upload or commercially exploit other people's content without their permission;
• try to access private, restricted or protected content, or to get around any technical protection;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to send large numbers of requests, scrape the service, or get around its limits;
• interfere with, overload, probe or attack the service, its infrastructure or other users;
• use the service to harass, stalk or harm any person, or in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for how you use any file you save, including complying with copyright law and with TikTok's own terms of service.

3. Copyright and content

All videos, sounds and profile information belong to their respective owners. TikTokSavers does not host TikTok videos: files are prepared on request and deleted automatically 15 minutes later.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your copyright, email [email protected] with the details listed on our contact page. We may block specific videos or accounts from the service and may restrict access for anyone who repeatedly infringes.

The design, text, logo and software of TikTokSavers belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

4. Accuracy of information

Profile information and statistics come from what TikTok publishes at the time of the check and may be delayed, rounded or incomplete. A username shown as available may be taken moments later. The tools are provided for general information only and should not be relied on for decisions that need verified data.

5. Availability, limits and blocking

The service is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted or stop at any time, for example when TikTok changes its systems. We apply fair-use limits to keep it available for everyone. We may restrict or block access, including by IP address, when we believe these terms are being broken or the service is being abused.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, availability or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of the service or of any file you save. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

7. General

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of TikTokSavers is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
